Return visit because the first was great.
Second stay at this hotel - just as good as the first. Very friendly staff and capable mixologist in the bar - great Negronis.
Never seem to be any staff in the spa.

Venice visit disappointed
Good location when staying out of Venice
Pool entry should be free 18€ for a single person wanting a 10min swim is too much. No point showing the pool when most guests can’t access it. Also, not the hotels fault but Venice is looking rundown and dirty mainly due to the stall vendors selling rubbish souvenirs. Old beautiful buildings hidden behind I love Venice t shirts everywhere

What was the highlight of Elite Hotel & Spa
Good stay, would recommend for other travellers.
The hotel is situated at a good location close to Venice. There's also public transportation very close to the hotel and which you can buy tickets for directly from the hotel.
That kids aren't allowed to go to the pool in the afternoon (especially when the weather was bad and our options for going out were limited). To be fair though, this was not a surprise as the notice is shown on the their page when booking.

Good
Very central and comfortable. Also present in a quiet area. The staff is really polite and always available.
We booked this Hotel specifically for the SPA and swimming pool. Therefore, I do not say that I wanted the SPA treatment for free, but I expected at least to have the possibility to use the pool without paying. I have never seen something like that. I would recommend to make clear that the pool can´t be used or I would at least rename the Hotel "Elite Hotel and & possibility of SPA by paying"
